Who We Are
Donal O’Sullivan
Donal has worked as a Financial Advisor for over thirty years, enjoying a very successful career with Canada Life from 1986 to 2001 before joining the brokerage market.
In 2009 Donal set up his own business which he expanded by purchasing McCann Financial in Deansgrange in 2010.
Donal specialises in giving financial advice in a “down to earth” fashion based on clients’ needs and aspirations. He advises on a wide range of important financial matters including Retirement Funding/Planning, Investments, Savings and Protection Products.
Donal has appeared on a number of regional and national radio programmes thanks to his jargon-free style including The Lunchtime Show and The Hard Shoulder on Newstalk FM and the Morning Show on East Coast FM.
Donal is Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and has a Pensions Diploma awarded by the LIA, the professional educational body for those who work in the Financial Services Industry.
Donal is also a Qualified Business and Personal Coach.
In addition to membership of the LIA Donal is a member of Brokers Ireland, the leading representative body for Financial Brokers in Ireland.
Donal, embraces Brokers Ireland’s strict standards of conduct, professionalism and practice to ensure that high standards of service are delivered to all clients.
When not giving Financial Advice Donal plays tennis and golf (to a questionable standard) and enjoys writing songs!
Lotte Plejdrup
Lotte is a native of Denmark where she practiced as a Solicitor and Barrister. Lotte was one of the youngest ever appointees to the High Court in Denmark.
After moving to Ireland Lotte joined O’Sullivan Financial and is responsible for the smooth operation and administration of the business.
Lotte is also a QFA, having achieved that qualification in 2020 with the LIA.
In her spare time Lotte enjoys tennis, is a keen walker and bridge player.
